We process your personal data exclusively in compliance with the statutory provisions, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz), the Data Protection Adjustment Act 2018 (Datenschutzanpassungsgesetz), and the Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz).
1. Personal data
We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent as provided within the context of an order or when making contact, for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR. The following personal data is processed for this purpose: first and last name, date of birth, nationality, contact details (address, e-mail address, telephone contact details); order and delivery data; payment details.
2. Purpose of the data collection
Our main purpose when collecting personal data is to enable you to use the service safely, efficiently and personally. Your data will be used for the following purposes: the proper performance of the contract, processing the order, providing our products and services and adjusting, measuring and improving our performance.

If you are of the opinion that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you can complain to the responsible supervisory authority.
